Our Services

The Media Services Installation Team provides the following services:

• Audiovisual Design
• Installation
• Repairs
• Consultation
• Project Management
• Provide quotes from vendors for equipment and service

There is no labor charge for installations or repairs performed by the Installation Team. Our Audio-Visual Engineer oversees and quality checks all installations to ensure all requested system functionality is in place.

Our team uses the UT eProcurement system to obtain quotes from vendors with negotiated rates on equipment. This provides our clients with substantial savings over list price.

If the project is outsourced (due to quick turnaround, large scope, etc.), the client is responsible for charges incurred.

To report malfunctioning or broken equipment in a classroom, please email media@utdallas.edu. For all other spaces (conference rooms, offices, etc) please submit the Audiovisual Repair Request Form.
