Classroom Technology Support
Media Services is responsible for technological support and maintenance of A/V technology in classrooms, labs, conference rooms, and other spaces. In addition, we provide training for faculty and staff in the use of all in-room technology.
If you experience any issues with A/V equipment during your class or event, there are two ways to contact a Media Services technician:
- Call (972) 883-4900.
- Press the red ‘help’ button on the classroom podium touchpanel, and select the ‘need help in room’ option.
Once the problem has been reported to Media Services, please allow a few minutes for the technician to arrive and assist. Our technicians are stationed throughout campus to minimize help call response times.
