Camtasia

Camtasia is a screen video capture program that enables you to capture audio (coming from the computer or from the microphone) and video (coming from the computer or a webcam) from your computer, combine multimedia files into one project, edit your project, and produce your project into multiple formats.

1. For students to get the software free, it must be requested for the student by a faculty-sponsor. This means a faculty member must email elearning@utdallas.edu requesting the copy for the student and give the reason why the software is needed.
