There are several ways of contacting eLearning for support.
IMPORTANT: Anthology, UTD’s vendor for eLearning, uses Amazon Connect AI to operate the 24/7 phone and chat helplines. As with any AI tool, solutions may contain errors, omissions, or generate inaccurate outputs. At any time during the call or chat interaction, you can connect with a live person by saying or typing “I wish to talk with a live agent.” If you do choose to continue with the virtual assistant, please make sure to review and validate outputs before use.
- Faculty, Staff, and TAs: If you need to contact the UT Dallas eLearning Team, please email us or join open labs.
Note: Please do not message eLearning on Microsoft Teams. We are unable to respond to your message. Instead, please contact us using one of the methods listed above.
If you do reach out to us for assistance, please have the following information prepared:
- Your name and Net ID
- A detailed description of your issue, comment, or question
- If relevant, screenshots showing the exact issue or error message
