All Comets can call Blackboard’s 24/7 phone helpline. Please note: You will initially connect with a virtual (AI) assistant. To speak to a real person, say “I want to speak to a live agent”.

Faculty, TAs, and Staff
Faculty, TAs, and staff can use this email for asynchronous support. The UT Dallas eLearning team monitors this mailbox from 8am to 5pm on business days. To save time, please include your contact, describe the issue, list courses/orgs and include screenshots.
Faculty, staff and TAs can join online open labs for hands-on support with the UT Dallas eLearning team. No registration required. Please use a desktop or laptop to enable screen sharing. Wednesdays and Fridays, 2pm to 4pm.

For eLearning issues needing immediate assistance, UTD faculty can call an emergency helpline to get in touch with a member of the UTD eLearning Team. To receive the number, faculty can email elearning@utdallas.edu.
